RM: Knowledge Cotton Apparell uses recycled PET (polyethylene terephtalate) bottles to create polyester, approximately 25 bottles for 1 jacket. PET bottles are typically soft-drink bottles, and would take 450 to 700 years to decompose. The brand has recycled 1,987, 724 bottles of their 4.5 million 2020 goal.

OP - they use polybags but we are waiting on an answer about whether or not these bags are recyclable…

PS - they use 70% recycled cardboard boxes

WTCN - Knowledge Cotton Apparell plants trees in a forest in India to offset their carbon footprint and uses a carbon-neutral website.

WTWaE - Water usage to grow organic cotton is 91% lower than conventional cotton textile production, and as a result by the end of 2017 Knowledge Cotton Apparell saved 1,620,100 L of their 2,500,000 L 2020 goal.
